Your choices

Your Privacy Choices

Effective August 12, 2026

The short version. We do not sell your personal information. On our public website, optional analytics and marketing cookies are off unless you turn them on, and you can change your mind at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. You can also see, correct, export, or delete your information, and withdraw consent for health information, whenever you like. Email info@jordycare.com and we will help.

This page explains the choices you have over your personal information at Jordy Care, and how to use them. It works alongside our Privacy Policy.

Selling and sharing

Jordy Care does not sell your personal information for money or other value. We never use the information in your private care record for advertising. On our public website, we do not share information for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is the kind of tracking that follows people across different websites to target ads, unless you turn on marketing cookies through our cookie banner. Those cookies are off by default. If you leave them off, there is nothing to share and nothing to opt out of. If you turn them on, you can turn them off again at any time from the Cookie Preferences link in the footer.

Your rights

No matter where you live, you can ask us to:

We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lesser experience because you exercised a privacy right.

How to make a request

Email us at info@jordycare.com and tell us what you would like to do, for example “please delete my information” or “please send me a copy of my information.” Please use the email address associated with your account or waitlist entry if you can, as it helps us find your information and confirm the request is really from you.

How we verify a request

To protect you, we confirm that a request is genuinely from you before we act on it. We may ask you to confirm details we already have on file. We ask for only what we need to verify you, and we do not use that information for anything else. We aim to respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and how long we expect to take, within the limits the law allows.

Authorized agents

You may ask someone to make a request on your behalf. We may need proof that you gave them permission, and we may still ask you to confirm the request directly, so that no one can misuse this on your behalf.

If we say no

If we decline your request, we will explain why. In several states you have the right to appeal that decision. To appeal, reply to our response or email info@jordycare.com with the word “appeal,” and a different review will be carried out. If you are still not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

Browser privacy signals

Some browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control signal that tells websites not to sell or share your information. We do not sell personal information. If you have turned on marketing cookies and your browser sends this signal, we will treat it as a request to turn those cookies back off, where the law requires.

Cookies

When you first visit the website, a banner lets you choose which cookies to allow. There are three groups:

You can accept all, reject all, or choose category by category using Customize. Non-essential cookies do not run until you allow them. You can revisit and change your choices at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer. We will name the specific analytics and marketing tools on this page as we adopt them.

State-specific notes

Residents of California, Washington, and other states with privacy laws have the rights described above. Washington’s My Health My Data Act gives you specific rights over consumer health data, including the right to withdraw consent and to have that data deleted; you can exercise those rights using the same email address above. This page serves as our “Your Privacy Choices” notice.
